Volunteers Needed to Serve on CalOptima’s Member Advisory Committee
CalOptima is seeking candidates to serve on the Member Advisory Committee (MAC). The MAC, comprised of 15 voting members, each seat representing a constituency served by CalOptima, is responsible for advising the CalOptima Board of Directors on issues impacting CalOptima programs. As part of this role, MAC members facilitate community outreach for CalOptima, engage in research and analysis, and serve as a liaison between the Board of Directors and stakeholders.

- Long-Term Care
- Medically Indigent Persons
- Persons with Mental Illness
- Persons with Special Needs
Once appointed, members of the MAC are eligible to serve two-year terms with no term limits.
